Question: What days you deliver Yum Hugs gift bags and snack boxes?
Answer: We deliver from Monday to Friday. (e.g. place your order on Monday before 5pm and we will deliver it on Tuesday.)
Question: What areas do you deliver to?
Answer: We deliver anywhere in the Adelaide metropolitan area. Our business is located in Modbury North, so lowest delivery fees apply to addresses on the northern side of the city. If the delivery is close enough, it might fall inside our free delivery zone.
Question: Can you leave the delivery on site if no one is available to receive it?
Answer: Unfortunately, no. While most of our products do not require refrigeration, we make every effort to source recyclable packaging which
cannot be guaranteed against ants and inclement weather.
Question: Do you deliver to hospitals and businesses?
Answer: Absolutely. Nothing makes us feel more valued and satisfied than
delivering to hospitals where people most need cheering up.
Question: What happens if nobody is home to receive their delivery?
Yum Hugs products are made from quality, fresh ingredients which cannot be left unattended at the delivery address. If no one is available to receive their package, collection can be arranged from our kitchen or delivered to an alternate address which may require an additional cost. As goods are made to order, we cannot offer a refund.
Question: How can I find out the cost of delivery to a specific location?
Answer: At this stage, the easiest way is to place your order and include the delivery postcode in the shipping details. You will be provided with a delivery cost before committing to your purchase. Please remember to provide the delivery postcode (not the sender's) or you will be quoted incorrectly.
Question: Can I pick up my order from your door?
Answer: Sure. Contact us about what time you can call past and we'll make sure someone is on site to supply your order.
